Federico Gallia (Milano 11 February, 1980) Since 2012 he has been sole CEO of Ryoma MC Srl share holding company, which bought the CMA Group in 2012. CMA owns the well-known brands of Astoria and Wega Macchine per caffè. Federico Gallia is Chairman of the Board for CMA MC Srl and WEGA MC Srl – with power of authority in administration, finance and control, marketing, communication, human resources and legal issues.
Federico Gallia is also CEO of the Group’s subsidiary with headquarters in Paris, CMA ; President of the board of directors of the Group company, MCE, with offices in Timisoara, Romania; serves on the Board of Directors for General Espresso Equipment Corporation and for NineBar, with headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. From 2004 to 2011 he worked for the consulting company Ernst & Young Financial Business Advisors SpA, at their offices in Milan and Chicago, handling the management and reorganization of different business models. Federico has an MBA degree from the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
