Ryoma MC S.p.A encompasses a group of companies that develop their activities in the manufacturing and food equipment sectors. The main activity of the group companies is primarily the design and production of professional coffee machines. The management believes that the quality of the products and services provided is a decisive factor for customer satisfaction and loyalty. This objective is pursued by the management of Ryoma MC S.p.A and implemented in each company of the group through the respect of values such as sustainable development and environmental protection, inclusivity, access to equal opportunities, and the protection of health and safety in the workplace. To protect and guarantee the mentioned values, as well as to ensure effective and efficient management of quality processes, the Management is committed to complying with the main international standards and following the principles of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and current regulations, considering the specificities and the nature and size of each company.
